Restaurants, artifacts, clothing, souvenirs, supermarket, fishing charters, massage, real estate agents and a bank - great stop off complex for tourists but important to locals also. Arts Village also had accommodation for rental and a swimming pool.

Plenty of eating places including The Oasis, Baka Blues, Water's
Edge and a couple of lovely cafes serving fresh made sandwiches, roti parcels and curries. However, Perkins Pizza has now closed unfortunately. Believe a coffee shop will take it over.

Well worth a visit.

great place to do your shopping and get a few gifts, be aware that prices are different each time you go into a gift shop so do some bartering, Bulla massage is the place to go for a great massage. Be aware if a cruise ship is in prices will be inflated ask for "local prices"

I'm sorry to say I can't really rate the Arts Village as we couldn't get in!!!!! Jan. 2014 we were on Royal Carribean, Voyager of the Seas and wanted to spend the day at the village as an independent traveller. Checked out the Arts Village website and asked at the Shore Excursion desk if it was possible to go independent with no real confirmation. Upon arrival at the Arts Village we were told that they only take ATS? bookings re; from the ship only! Tried for the afternoon show with no success, same reply. NOT HAPPY JAN with the Arts Village and extremely disappointed with Voyager not clearly stating that you must book through the shore excursions desk. My advice when cruising to the islands is to book the shore excursions as they have the monopoly.

The centre has a few good resturaunts, the Oasis and the Pizza place were excetptional and offered great food at a good price. There are taxis at the centre ready to take you back to your resort. There are the normal tourist type shops and a massage parlour, which from what I am told is pretty good. The Fiji Post office is adjacent to the centre.
