My family and another family shared residence 37.

Positives:
-Friendly staff (especially the food and beverage manager Lawrence)
-kids club was great, lots of variety in activities for the kids to do
-layout of the resort around the central pool and restaurant
-easy access to bicycles
-quality of food is generally high
-the guys at tropic surf were great (Angus and Ryan)

Negatives:
-wifi was poor
-electricity in two of the rooms in R37 was patchy during our stay
-resort uses golf buggies to get around, they were often very slow in getting to our residence to pick us up when requested.
-food order are often forgotten or super slow (fiji time)

Bula Waners,

Vinaka and a big thank you for your review!

Friendly staff being at the top of your list sums up our team and the family atmosphere that they provide very well. We will ensure your comments are shared with Lawrence, Ryley and Angus!

The team at Grow With Six Senses, our Kids Club, focus on ensuring that the little ones have a fun and educational experience while with us, focused around the fundamentals of wellness and sustainability! We are so pleased your team ensured this!

Your comments for improvement are noted, and although we like to encourage everyone to make the most of our beautiful outdoor surroundings, Wi-Fi is always popular at certain times of day and therefore can tend to slow down- we do hope this, along with the other areas of development you have highlighted did not have too big an impact on your stay!

Hope to see you again soon with the family!

Vinaka,

Fiona

This was an unbelievable stay, and I felt very lucky to be able to stay here and experience Six Sense 5 star service. We were picked up at the airport and transfer to the island, and everything was coordinated promptly. The staff were so welcoming and greeted us with a little performance and refreshing drinks. The room was super fabulous with its own private pool and outdoor shower & bathtub for nice pics. There are water activities and fire show by the beach during sunset. It's a bit excluded from the main island and nightlife, but perfect for people who seeks adventure and relaxation. The staff also really went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant!

Bula minnieni,

Vinaka vaka levu - great to read your comments!

Our team really do make you feel like you're coming back home upon arrival, and nothing quite beats our refreshing island-made probiotic drinks that welcome you as you step onto the island.

The villas private pools are the perfect spot to relax, refresh and just take it all in, picture perfect! Giving guests the option of indoor or outdoor showers in our villas is a wonderful addition to the bathrooms, and it's almost impossible to choose between the two!

We are glad you found there to be plenty of adventure on the island, we certainly do offer something for everyone! The fire show we have during our Beach Barbecue evenings is great local entertainment, accompanied with a cocktail and the sunset certainly makes for magical evenings!

Hope to welcome you back again soon,

Vinaka,

Fiona

We were fortunate enough to return to this wonderful six senses on malolo. We have been twice in the last 4 months, it is just that good for a family with small kids. I feel its important to highlight the amazing beachside tropical feel of this brilliant bay, teaming with fish and wildlife and the beach so lovely and clean. The staff make this resort so special and a special mention needs to be made for the wonderful, kind, gentle and genuinely warm friendly people that front the services here. A special note of paulini, nancy, and kini along with all the others who go out of their way to make your stay so memorable. It is not to say that even back of house, gardeners and the guys who make the place run so well are less warm and friendly, they are not. Everyone at this resort seems to be intent on making you feel welcome in genuine manner..Bula Bula ! there is no better sunset picture to be had than from sitting under the palm trees enjoying all that the resort has to offer. A small improvement maybe the scottish food and beverage manager in a more local styled grass skirt, but thats a management decision best left to them. The food and juices are wonderful and selected for all the healthy qualities one can expect from the six senses group. The wine list still leaves a bit to be desired and a better quality selection of provençal rosé and some easy drinking pinot grigio would be a definite improvement for a beach resort...but thats about the only areas worthy of comment. The spa and massages are excellent and the gym totally adequate for its purpose.
The kids club could do with a move and a makeover, its far away from the main activities and a bit gloomy frankly, but who brings their kids on holidays with the intent on sticking them in a kids club....!?!

Another fabulous 2 weeks at the six senses, still highly recommendable.

Bula EmaJayKay,

It was such a pleasure to have you back on the island and experiencing the resort again - twice in 4 months is such a treat and we look forward to seeing you again over Christmas!

Thank you for your wonderful comments on the hosts that really had an impact on your stay, we are lucky to have such a warm team that take such good care of our guests.

We are currently looking at ways to develop the kids club and thank you for highlighting this - it is a very popular area during school holidays and we hope to get some tips from Santa when he moves in over Christmas.

We do hope you enjoyed the grass skirt farewell by our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, we will see how we can incorporate this into his uniform.

See you again soon,

Fiona

I have ever struggled with a destination as much as I did with Fiji. There are so many options and islands that I didn’t know where to begin. But, how can you go wrong with a six senses? Well, some reviews were rough for it, which made me look at other options. It turns out that I think this resort had some bumps along the way when it opened due to it being new and in a remote location. I can tell you that it was one of the highlights of my trip. I loved it. The F&B manager was amazing. He asked if we wanted a spa experience or an adventure one. We told him that we wanted an adventure one, and he gave us great recommendations. Our GEM, Senei, and I may have butchered the spelling, was kind, amazing, and made sure we had a perfect stay. I loved it here. They took me on a shark dive, where I went diving for the first time with 34 bull sharks with no cage. We surfed. We went to cloud 9. I left my sandals on cloud 9, and they went without me to retrieve them. The grounds were made to look more rustic and bucolic, which was perfect. The energy here was amazing. I couldn’t think of a more beautiful location. Breakfast, which was included, was amazing. They have theme nights, with beach dining, etc. Something is going on all the time. I’m coming back. This place is amazing.

Bula sligo_in_hermosa,

It is never easy finding the perfect resort to suit your ideal holiday desires, and we are excited that we were able to do just that for you!

Spa experiences or adventure experiences - we can make both dreams realities and we are glad that you could enjoy the thrill of the bull shark dive, hang ten on the nearby surf breaks and enjoy a fun afternoon at Cloud 9 - how lucky are we to have these incredible activities on our doorstep?

We look forward to welcoming you back and we will ensure that all your comments are passed on to our team, who will be delighted that our Six Senses Fiji family ensured your stay was out of the ordinary!

Vinaka,

Fiona
