Last night my husband and I were looking for a clean, safe inexpensive hotel to stay in for one night on our way to our vacation. I always look up trip advisor for advise. I came across Econo Lodge that had high ratings and it was only $65 per night. Just right for us since we wouldn't be arriving till close to midnight. I had also read a review from a lady who stayed there a month before and she got her room for $52 and no tax because she, like us are AARP members.
When I asked the attendant how much the room was, he said $65. I asked him how much with AARP. He went over and looked at his computer and came back and said $66.00. I was very soft spoken as I questioned the price. He pointed his finger and told me to go look online, that it is $75. ( untrue). He rudely kept repeating himself. We left and went to Home2 Suites by Hilton. SO GLAD WE DID! Beautiful, clean, nice help, amenities and decor , fabulous. To top it off , a great price!
They must have payed someone for those reviews, or I got the worse employee ever!More
