Previous reviews have praised this inn, and I too have had a very positive experience during three separate recent stays for business. The business center has a copier with a document feeder and a large supply of paper, which makes copying a snap. The computers are easy to use and fast. Check-in was pleasant, with staff trying hard to accommodate my request for a Diamond upgrade on a sold-out night. The rooms and especially the mattresses are extremely comfortable; the two-queen room had a bathtub, while the king rooms had a large shower. The climate control is outstanding, though the controls are not easy to understand (instructions are in the desk drawer). The room can be made quite dark for sleeping, but a little more lighting for work in the room would be nice. There is a well-equipped fitness room and an indoor pool and spa. Breakfast is standard HGI, but the service is outstanding and worth mentioning, especially Monica and Andi. Guests who use the stairs to go down should be aware that at one end of the hotel, the stairs end in a service corridor/door to outside. Parking was mostly very easy to find close to the door, but one evening when there was a large holiday party the only spots were farther away. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance, including two Japanese ones, a Cracker Barrel, a BBQ house, a Texas-style steakhouse (LoneStar), and an IHOP.
