This was the second time we stayed at Seachase renting through Meyer Real Estate. It was the easiest check in and check out I've ever had. Our condo was clean and ready even though we were two hours early. The resort has plenty of pools to choose from. We never got a chance to swim in one pool and we were often the only people in the indoor pool. The beach had some trash but it wasn't too bad. There were crowds at the condos on either side of Sunchase but we had plenty of rooms for our kids to play on the stretch of beach in front of the condo. The staff was very friendly and the location is perfect. With Publix one red light up, the bridge to Pensacola about 5 minutes away and Orange Beach Highway(the backroad to Foley) you can get where you need to go quickly. Can't wait to stay at this place again next year!

Just got back from our condo stay at Seachase. We stayed in 1603W and were very pleased with the 2 bedrooms/2 bath setup. The master bath is huge. It was very nicely decorated in beach themes including an extensive collection of lighthouses(which I prayed my kids wouldn't touch). The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment and everything worked well--especially liked the ice machine. The only complaint I have is that we didn't get to sleep-in. There were no drapes on the windows, just plantation shutters that did not keep out the morning sun. So, we woke up every morning before 7am. Oh well, I loved sitting on the balcony and drinking coffee early in the morning. Hats off to management. The communication from the office prior to our trip was much appreciated. They even gave us info to organize beach chairs setup. My kids had a good time playing with friends on the tennis court too. That's a nice feature along with the beautiful pools on the property. We had a great vacation and will come back. I might ask for a different room with window treatments next time. Oh and just one more thing. It would be great if management could convince the beach crew to clean the debris and garbage that collects overnight from the surf. The beach crew should take care of that early am, before they even set up the beach chairs. Just a thought, not a biggy. I know we never see that when we have traveled to other areas such as Destin, FL......

We stayed I unit 902W. It is a 3 bedroom unit. When we first walked in, we knew we had a winner. The open space, nicely furnished living room and dining area with a beautiful view of the ocean welcomed us in. The master bedroom was gorgeous and also opened to the balcony. The master bath was elegant and spacious. The other two bedrooms were relatively large and tastefully furnished. Each had queen sized bed, TV, chair and chest of drawers. The kitchen was well furnished with dishes, glasses, utensils and appliances. There are two large shopping centers practically across the street (Walmart, Winn-Dixie, Publix) so we just got groceries and had all of our meals in the condo. Why go out when you've got this gorgeous view?

Service was polite and efficient. Check in and check out were simple. All of the facilities (pools, gym, beach access) were clean, well laid out and in tip-top shape.

Highly recommended. Would definitely go there again.

We (spouse, daughter and 4yr old granddaughter) stayed in 202W and it exceeded our expectations and more. Condo was in the middle of the West tower, our balcony was directly over the lobby door leading to the walkway going to beach area. The landscape was exceptional, 3 pools, hot tubs and 1 indoor pool and hot tub. Everything was so clean, employees were very nice.. The only problem we had was a little bit of sewer smell on two days of our stay, we don't know where the smell was coming from although it was inside the lobby, our condo and on our balcony. We would definitely stay here again in the same condo, the decor was excellent along with everything else.

SeaChase is a wonderful place to stay. They have a very beautiful pool area complete with 3 pools, a kiddie pool with mushroom fountain, and fountains that spray from concrete. The top part of one of the pools is an infinity pool. Our unit was perfect, too, We had a ground floor unit that was so convenient to the pools, and we had a breathtaking view. It was beautifully decorated with bright and vibrant beach colors. We will definitely visit SeaChase again soon - hopefully in the fall.

We love Orange Beach and Sea Chase! We went last in April 2010. This was our third trip there in the last 4 years and it has been perfect every time. We have stayed in the same condo each time (1603 West). The complex is right on the ocean and the condo is on the top floor with a full panoramic view. The condo has always been very clean and well decorated. It feels like home. The furniture is REAL furniture and comfortable (unlike the scratchy stuff you find in hotel rooms or some other condos). My kids love the water fountain on the property and we love the big pools. There is an indoor heated pool when the weather is poor. The workout room is accommodating and clean. The restaurants around the area have amazing food and there are a few new grocery stores (Publix) to stock up on food. The condo has a full kitchen so we were able to eat in for several meals and save some money. The beach has always been clean and not overcrowded. It is a great place if you want some privacy on the beach to spend with family. We plan to go back again as soon as possible. I highly recommend this place.

We (combination of family/friends - late teens to 50's) stayed in SeaChase 201W over a long Easter weekend and absolutely loved it.

Staff at the checkin desk was very friendly and helpful. Even though the website said we could only have 2 cars, when she asked how many we had, I told her 3, and she readily gave me three parking passes. Not sure if this would be the case during busier times of the year, when parking might be at more of a premium.

We arrived at about 11:30 am, and the unit was ready. The lobby in the West tower is very nice, elevators and stairways are fine. Walking into the unit, though, was the true delight - it was incredible. Beachy colors, lovely furnishings, lots of wicker, and mostly an incredible view, even from just the second floor. Walls of windows, and 180 degree beach/water views from the lovely balcony.

The balcony for 201W directly overlooks the center pool and hot tub, and the west tower pool is just to the side. We loved being able to take just one flight of stairs down to the pool and beach access.

There is a great grocery store directly across the street, so I stocked up when we arrived. The kitchen was very well equipped, and I loved the open floor plan which allowed me to cook and still socialize with everyone in the living area.

Pools and hot tubs are lovely and large, and we used all of them throughout our stay, other than the indoor one. We did visit that and thought it was great, but we did not want to be inside if we did not have to! It would have been nice to have available, though, if it had rained.

We would absolutely stay at SeaChase again, and in 201W if we need the three bedrooms and it is available. Absolutely lovely!
