Great hotel right on the beach! The rooms were clean and the service was great! Everyone on the staff was friendly and outgoing to any need we had. The gulf beach is just beautiful! A must see! The breakfast was great and changed a bit daily. They had coffee, tea and cocoa available 24 hours a day. The lobby area was large and open with many tables, chairs and couches with a large TV. We took advantage of this area to play games as did many others. The pool which is an indoor/outdoor pool was very warm and so was the hot tub (even in January). Our stay here can be summed up by one word – Great!

It was my first trip to this area and I’m glad I found this brand new hotel. Loved it and will definitely go back. Had planned to stay for 2 nights but decided to stay for one more night as the weather was unexpectedly nice for October and the place itself was so nice as well. Thankfully it was no problem and my wish was easily accomplished by Nicole at the front desk.

Had a 2 queen oceanfront suite with a wetbar and a big balcony. The balconies are unfortunately not that private as they are simply attached to the building and not somehow in-built as I normally know it. You would be able to shake hands with your neighbors if you wanted to. I was lucky and my neighbors were never out so it wasn’t a major issue. The room was very nicely furnished, loved the powerful color combination of blue and green and of course after being opened for only a couple of months everything still looked and smelled brand new. The bathroom in the suite has a separate sink area and showertub and toilet behind a door which is convenient if more than one person would like to get ready in the morning. The pool area is a bit small but while being there in off season it was totally fine. Easy access to the beach.

Breakfast was regular Hampton quality with lots of seating space. I just found it a bit strange that they only had one coffee station which was on the other side of the room so you had a lot of walking to do between the food, the coffee and your table.

They have an enclosed parking garage with free parking which was very comfortable. Never had a problem to find a spot or while going in and out.

The A/C in the room was very loud as others have mentioned. As I was there in October I simply turned it off at night so it didn’t bother me much. But it was good to read management comments to other reviews that they have dealt with it. Will check it out during my next stay which will probably happen in April and then write an updated review.

Room Tip: I would always go for a gulf front room, it's worth the extra money!

Nice new and clean hotel. The staff was very helpful and visible. The room had a nice view of the gulf and a nice balcony to sit and view a sunset. The FREE breakfast was great and changed a bit each day. Coffee and hot tea was available 24 hours and fresh cookies at 5:00 PM each day. Right on the beach and great shopping areas just across the road.

Room Tip: Eleavators are only the west end of building, nice for us but quite a walk to the far end.

My husband and I stayed here on business. We have never been to this area before, and would definitely come back here to stay. Awesome view of the gulf, can walk for miles on beautiful white sand. Breakfast was delicious, not just a muffin and coffee. Staff was very accommodating.
