You will be so surprised when you enter back in time. This area was home to the Indians in this area. Also a refuge to the men from the Civil war. Take your family, or your friends to partake in this beautiful place in nature.

The Natural Bridge was much more impressive than I expected. Though we’ve seen other beautiful sites for free, we didn’t mind the $3.50 fee, and even my teenage daughter volunteered it was “worth it.” The hike is very moderate. Easy day hike. The bridge itself is gorgeous, seems more like a cave exploration. Definitely worth the trip.

There is a loop hike that is about a mile. It's not too difficult but many roots to step over and around with some elevation change. For those with mobility challenges, you could do out and back on the lower part of the trail. We loved all the rock formations not just the bridge.

Easy access off of Hwy. 278. Quiet and relaxing stop there. Nice gift shop. Would return and walk more of the trail.
