The food here was a 4 of 5, but the service bumps it to 5 for me. On a business trip, my coworkers and I finished a run and were starving, we called Cool Beans to see if they were still open, and although they were closing in a couple of minutes, the guy offered to keep the place open until we arrived (15 minutes later) and then prepared our food and patiently allowed us to enjoy it, even stopped and chatted with us. Can't beat that hospitality! The sandwiches, pasta salads, and tomato basil soup were delicious to boot!
