We've always liked Red Robin, and this location is no exception. Very friendly service at all of their locations. And of course the burgers are to die for. My favorite is the Bonzai Burger.

to the hype. Most overpriced average hamburger I have ever had. Very much a chain place with the overused "flair" everywhere trying to look like a '50's style hamburger joint. Their slogan is "Red Robin Yummmmm" but I think "Red Robin Hmmmmmm?"

We stopped here on a Friday night. The parking lot seemed full but we were seated almost immediately. We were first greeted by a young man whom tried to take our drink orders but he really did not know what they even served. Shortly after a young lady arrived and she was not much better. She the proceeded to argue over keeping the cole slaw instead of just listening. Food all came out at different times which is always frustrating. Food was average at best and could be so much better. Overall I will probably eat here again but will not expect much from my server.

The first time we had visited Red Robin, we had been disappointed at the service and the food but things happen so we tried again. Again it was the middle of the afternoon so not very busy. We were seated promptly but it took a while for our server to get to the table. He was personable enough just not very quick. We gave him our orders and asked about the pretzel bites. The last time we had been there they had been so greasy we couldn't eat them. He assured us that they were not that way any more so we ordered them. Again, there was a delay in getting our food so when the pretzel bites finally came out we were very disappointed that they were dripping in grease and we could not eat them. The rest of our food was adequate but nothing exceptional. When the waiter asked how the pretzels were we told him. There wasn't even an I'm sorry. Customer service needs to be prioritized and foods that are fried, drained. We have given it two shots, I think we are done.

Rarely eat a burger, but you can't beat the ones at Red Robin-- lots of choices and of course the delicious steak fries! Lots of neat fancy drinks for the kids too-- the strawberry lemonade is always a favorite!
