Our son was visiting from out of state & he wanted chicken wings for his birthday. After reading many reviews on TA, we chose Baumhowers, ended up with good & bad. GOOD: our server Jasmine was amazing, very pleasant & attentive. BAD: everything else. The hostess took us (to include our elderly parent, using a cane & limping) to the very BACK of the restaurant & shoveled us into a rather small booth, while the entire front section with larger booths was empty. P.S. We are average size, not super-sized adults. Anyhow, when the food FINALLY arrived, it was lukewarm. While 2 of us "upgraded" our fries to get cheese & toppings, the upgraded portions were about half the size of the "un-upgraded" portions, all meals being virtually equal. If the place was busy & crowded, we could be more forgiving. However, it was neither. While we should have spoken up about several of these issues, we shouldn't have to...hot food & adequate seating should be the norm, not the exception.
