I love this hotel. Love. The restaurant is great. The rooms are quiet and spaced apart. There is a great bar upstairs. Its in a prime location. It was one of the best stays I've had.

The staff at hotel was great. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. Maura and Brad
could not do enough for us. - One of the cleanest if not the cleanest hotels I have stayed at
after traveling for 20 years. Have dinner there - Chef makes up some wonderful dishes.
Plan on going back soon.

Room was very clean. Check in & out was very easy. Hotel has a bar/lounge on the top floor (17) very nice view from there. Breakfast was a little expensive but it was good. Really enjoyed our stay. Will go back.

Room Tip: We stayed on the 14th floor on the west side which made for a great sunset view but was low enough t...

One of the worst experiences.
The room was suffering terribly of moisture. after a stay of a week all my clothes smelled of damp, carpet also had a bad smell. I did change the room and it is only slightly improved. The only positive is the location, very Close to the down town and the tunnel that connects the city with the motorway junction.

The hotel was very clean and had no problems with parking as had been talked about in other reviews of this hotel. The restaurant was too expensive we decided to go out and eat while we were there. We stayed overnight because of the park and cruise package they offer otherwise we wouldnt have spent that amount of money on a hotel. Very friendly people that work there and the shuttle operator was very nice as well.

Room Tip: Ask to get a room with a view of the cruise ship,

We checked into our room on a thursday evening. The room was spacious. We had two queen beds. There was a refrigerator and a microwave. We were right by the elevator but I never heard it. The front desk offered and drove our group to a restaurant because there was a huge thunderstorm and we couldn't walk there. The front desk was helpful and courteous. The food for breakfast was good. We ate there two mornings. There was complimentary coffee in the restaurant each morning. The beds and the pillows were comfortable. Downstairs, there by the front desk is a small store to buy candy/ snack food. The only negatives were(1) the elevator wait was sometimes 10 minutes long. And (2) it would be nice to have a safe in these rooms. I would stay there again.
