My husband, inlaws and 9 year old son went in for lunch today. Were do I begin? It was a disaster from start to finish. First, it was empty on a Friday at noon. That should have told us something. Our waiter was ok, definitely not great or overly friendly. He seemed in a hurry to get us out. Our appetizer arrived several minutes after our drinks. We ordered the bacon cheese fries. The fries were undercooked, there was no cheese and almost no bacon. The ranch dressing that was served onthe side was like water- literally!! The appetizer was terrible. We chose to overlook it and moved on to the main course. When the waiter brought my food, he handed me my plate and said it was a little warm. I cook regularly and am used to heat in my hands. I grabbed the plate from him and it was scolding hot. I almost dropped it on my son. The steaks were ok, hard to ruin a filet because they are easy to cook. The green beans, however, were limp and unseasoned. My sandwich was absolutely inedible. I have never in my 32 years put something so awful in my mouth. It was a sliced/shaved beef sandwich that was so seasoned it made me choke. It wasn't just me- I like highly seasoned food- but everyone at the table agreed there was something majorly wrong with it. There was so much seasoning it was falling out in clumps onto the plate. It sat untouched for the rest of the meal. The waiter saw I wasn't eating and purposely avoided me. Moving on, we ordered dessert and it was just ok. We all left highly frustrated. Ninety dollars wasted. No one enjoyed.
