Went here last week before the Bill Maher concert and had a terrific dinner -- very possibly the best beef brisket (covered in a surprisingly tasty chopped chard coulis and surrounded by sweet potato puree) I've ever had. Friends dishes were also good -- scallops, shrimp (perhaps a bit overdone), and the young woman waiting on us was very helpful, solicitous and efficient. When we arrived, the restaurant was only moderately busy, but as the Saturdday evening went on it became busier to the point where conversation was almost impossible, but the crowd was enjoying itself.
