This is a budget hotel with minimal facilities. There's no welcoming drink or tea-making facility in the room. But they do have small sitting area on the ground floor where they do have tea making facility if you need your coffee or tea urge in the afternoon. Other wise, you can head to the nearest restaurant just across the hotel for a lovely milk tea (teh tarik). The room is quite small, which match its price. It has good Wifi service which is a plus for me. The only problem is parking during the day. You need to pay RM1 per day for parking but there's no guarantee that you'll get a carpark space. You might need to wait/ go round and round to search for a car park. I suggest you park at the food court centre just beside the hotel. Its free and nearest to the hotel.

I stay two days there. we 4 pax and we get 2 rooms first day and then single for 4 persons. rooms are soooooooo small but if u get executive room that is big and cornrr. basic budget hotel with antson bed . but its ok if u spend this amount and better coz its newly open and having good flooring and washrooms. easy to move jonker street and if u belongs to sikh religion then no worry about food coz Sikh Temple is very near.

Room Tip: executive room are best

Stayed there for a night recently and found the hotel conveniently located within a food Centre. LKS is a small hotel with clean rooms and a bright toilet. The shower jets is weak due to poor water pressure. Can get a little noisy if you stay at the corner room next to the food Centre . Wi-Fi signal is strong but very slow in connections and no mineral water bottles provided. You have to get a glass of water from the water dispenser which is quite troblesome

Room Tip: Get rooms near to water dispenser

It's is a simple hotel but affordable. I came with my frens n it was an enjoyable stay but the hotel does not have much things but they certainly have free wifi which is a good thing..:) plus the place is relatively easy to find and is quite near to most places in town bout 1-2 km away from jonker street.

The bed was comfy but was woke up by the televisions program noises from the rooms beside. Weak WIFI.

Drinking water supply was right at your door step.

The quality is equivalent to what you paid for the hotel.
