An instant dejavu of the place, the claimed cultural heritage spot is so typically geared tourist and predictable you are bored and whistful. There are tour agencies, craft shops, coffee and Durian bun vendors siding overly embezzled shrines that project none of the spirit of true dedicated ashrams. It's all commercial - and not a decent a/c eatery to escape the crowded heat. The Hard Rock Cafe is under construction but then it'll be out of tune when commissioned. Did I exaggerate any? I write what I feel of my other experience.
