“Renovations!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 17, 2014

Certainly the renovations have taken over.Well other countries can and do make ways of renovating while people can see the exhibits. For all we know after the renovations, the common public will not be allowed in.
Anyway it is sad to see this turn of events.I hope for the best.

“Interesting architecture”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 8, 2014

Interesting Dutch architecture, but covering a much smaller area than I expected. Easy to find - just across the river from Jonker Street.

“A Ruin but will not ruin your day”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 3, 2014

I might be wrong but perhaps people who visit this attraction is tourist at the most. Surely it is a great place for tourist, there are couple of hawker foods around the premise (one I remember a good one is Durian Cendol). You can bring your camera as you should take a picture of yourself in here (a selfie would do good in here).

Start by enjoying couple of churches and some of buildings in here then make a way to upper side of the hill where a former church used as fortress belong. It might be boring site but good attraction (for taking a picture) and take a rest a while in here.

Other than that... that's it, to be honest...

“Historical Sites and Landmarks”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 29, 2014 via mobile

Together with Red Building, the fountain and the windmill across the street made this place a beautiful scenery and a historical landmarks as well as it reserves as a museum and historical sites. Although I didn't expect to see several stands around the area..still its indeed a remembrance place to travel
