Owner description: The Hindu deity Vinoyagar, recognizable by the elephant head, is also known as Ganesg. This temple’s colorful exterior is at odds with its gloomy interior.

i was glad to find Vinaya Temple in Melaka. Devotees can always go there to pray and people who want to know about Hindu religion can visit too.

“Very nice temple”
Reviewed August 13, 2012

This is said to be the first Hindu temple built in Malaysia and the main tower architecture is really unique for any Hindu temple. The rituals performed here are very authentic and should be a very good experience for all travelers.

“Hindu temple in China Town”
Reviewed August 9, 2012

This temple looked interesting from the outside. It was closed when we visited. Check their prayer timings if you want to go inside.
