Firstly the parking is easily accessible in front of the hotel. The check-in was quick and staff was genuinely friendly. The room is spacious and standard amenities were available. The room is also clean and well maintained. Many eateries and malls, 10 minutes walking distance. We enjoyed our one day stay.

hotel opened in 1996, so understandably everything's old school. but if u into historical things this hotel is a must stay. we're not fussy traveller so it's good enough for my family of 4 + my parents. we stayed at its 2-room apartment. its a nice 600sqft with rooms big enough for us and it got big bathroom on both rooms. there's 2 big pools on the hotel side and the apartments side with big waterslides for kids and playground nearby. so even there's alot of people during our stay it never feel too crowded. if you're into architecture then the design of this hotel is quite grand and modern for its time. not many old hotel designs that can still fit in today's design taste and this one is quite timeless. it has big glass wall at its restaurant that oversee the big pools. If u choose to stay in the hotel room, the balcony looks spacious and overlook the pools. mine abit smaller but they locked it for security purpose (wonder why is that)

overall is a nice hotel for short stay. the mahkota parade mall just across the road if u need anything and if u took one of the colorful trishaws, u can ask them to send u back at the hotel (with small additional mileage fee)!

Room tip: the keycard booklet have hotel map printed on the back for easy reference. room autolock doors abit hard to get into though

A last minute trip and found this on popular hotel booking site. It was really cheap and turns out the external looks nice but interior is pretty old, like some 10+ years old apartment. Really need to refurbished. this review is referring to "Bougainvillea" tower.

Pros
Spacious balcony, overseeing Mahkota parade
short ride to popular tourist destination
Cheap
Free parking

Cons.
old CRT TV with limited stations\
water running on bath tub looks murky
The carpet in the looks feels dirty.

Booked two deluxe rooms for two-night stay. Hotel is located at a strategic location but it seriously needs some refurbishment.

One of our room is having issues with the card key access everyday.
Lights are blinking and need technician to come to fix twice.
Standing shower but the water temperature is quite cold.

Walking distance to Dataran Pahlawan.
Getting around town is easy by Grab with an average fee of RM6 ~ 10
