This dinky little place for 2 is situated in the heart of old Malacca and is surprisingly quiet given its position. It's interior designer-owned and this is reflected in the eclectic decor. Lovely comfortable bed, fans, aircon and efficient shower. It's immaculately clean and housekeeper comes each day (at a time you choose). Coffee machine/tea/milk/bottled water/toiletries all provided. The fruit bowl was a nice touch too.
The only negative is that it's pretty dark downstairs and there's not much you can do about that, given that it's a converted stable and the doors and windows look over and open directly onto the street. However, this is a small point as it's such a characterful place to stay. Sharen, the owner, greeted us and was most helpful with everything during our stay. Make sure you visit her cafe whilst in Malacca!
