“Best satay celup”
Reviewed September 23, 2013

The best satay celup in town.
My piece of advice, should celup with their "yao tiao" which goes best with their gravy.
Best combination ever.

“Be early to avoid the Q”
Reviewed September 2, 2013

Worth a try but not worth the queue. If u are early, u might not need to wait but if you are late, u gonna cry for the wait. Nice boss and lady boss. However, it's just normal satay celup, nothing to brag about.

“So So Satay Celup”
Reviewed July 22, 2013 via mobile

This coffee shop style makan place serving Satay Celup was packed with young adults when we visited it about 5:00pm. It's kinda of dangerous dining there if you think about all those rubber hoses piping out from LPG cylinders lying on the floor in between the tables...you could accidentally tripped on it and burst one of the LPG hose. The Satay Celup here is done quite differently from the Singapore version, instead of dipping the skewered food in the hot boiling pot to cook then in the Satay sauce/gravy for dressing...you dipped the skewered food directly into a pot of boiling hot satay gravy. Just don't sit down for your meal immediately after the table has been cleared from a previous dining by other customers. Some customers maybe turned off by the pot of satay gravy which matter of fact is recycled and topped up for the next customer...just enjoy the local flavour and not to think too much about the previous customer table etiquette while dining. Good dining experience if you have not tried Malacca Satay Celup before.

“No complaints”
Reviewed July 21, 2013 via mobile

N complaints about the freshness and the taste of the sauce. Did not have too queue for more than 5mins - I arrived at 6pm. I went to the shop on the left
