“Laksa, Chendol & Ais Kachang!”
Reviewed May 6, 2014

We wanted to try Nancy Kitchen but it was way too long, so we go for Plan B, surprisingly it was good! Must try the Nonya Laksa, Chendol & Ais Kachang! Though they were very busy but the service was good! Very polite and friendly!

“Must try Laksa Baba & Nyonya Kahwin”
Reviewed May 5, 2014

The laksa baba & nyonya kahwin still taste the same and flavoursome after my first visit 2 years ago.
Dipped tofu skin absorb laksa soup full of spicy, sour & coconut milk flavor was really undeniably delicious. A must try and highly recommended food if you like spicy asian recipe.

“Laksa heaven ”
Reviewed May 5, 2014 via mobile

Always busy, this famous restaurant never fails with its laksa. I visited 3 years ago and made the pilgrimage again with my husband for breakfast and wasn't disappointed. The cendol is also good. Lots of fresh nyonya fish cakes in other types of soup/curry available.

“Back here again for the food on a weekday!”
Reviewed May 1, 2014

Way less crowded on a weekday but the quality of the cendol was seriously dropping on each visit. On a weekday, you can actually find seats inside and have your food in a more relaxed environment. Lovely decor still.

“Our first food stop!”
Reviewed April 24, 2014

Our travel mates insisted on coming here, though it was tea time and really neither here nor there where food is concerned. Shows you how much they liked the place. It did not disappoint. Quality was good, though the dessert a bit over priced. The air con was on but still felt hot, partly because of the crowds (you have to hawk over a table), and partly because of the cooking food which thankfully they have moved to the back now. But, for what we are paying for the mains, it was worth the money and the rush, to sit around some bits of history. Would be good if they at least spruced up the restrooms!
