Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall

Next to the historical site- St Paul's Church and Porta de Santiago - are the 2 large and modern shopping malls. One is the Dataran Pahlawan (Melaka Megamall. Across the main road is the Mahkota Parade. The prices are all very reasonable. You may find out many items are unexpected low, especially for the lady's fashion clothes. The shopping environment is very comfort.

On the third floor in Mahkota Parade, there is a huge food court offering various good cuisine with reasonable price. It is a nice place to take a break too.

a mall that is huge and has a good selection of mid-range clothes and food. it contains everything you will need, like fast food/ causal-dining restaurants, pharmacy, cinema, skating ring. part of the mall is like a mini bazaar.

it doesn't get very crowded so its a great place to chill after a tiring day of touring the town.

Very confusing design for a shopping mall. Lack of external windows/opening. The shop lots are not nicely categorised. Clothes, restaurant/cafes, shoes/bags, IT, services and kids/toys/gifts they are everywhere and anywhere in every levels. Its a real headache and helpless if you are looking for something specific.

It is a huge shopping mall with everything you need and think off. There are so much choice and variety that you could spend the whole day just in the mall.

lots of choices, more branded stuff , very hard to find good branded shop in melaka compared to kl as southern ppl are more traditional and not westernize mindset (yeah, im a southern) ..but with dataran pahlawan, its good. Bought levis there recently, may get cheaper in kl or bandung, but not that bad...varieties of shops (bought a pair of sandals) , and shop at peace (not crowded as in kl)
