From the first sight of the beach to the moment we left, the resort has been like paradise for us! Comfortable and beautiful tents, friendly staff, beautiful beach. This is a place to get total relaxation but it's also for fun exercise at the beach volleyboll field (the staff puts up a tough challenge). We would recommend you to stay a couple of days-not just one night!

I brought 15 yoga students here in early December for a three day stay. It was just what we were hoping it would be. We also stayed in Panjim and another, crowded Goa beach. Cola was paradise, the food was great, staff excellent and the traditional entertainment was a rare treat. Yes, swimming here is a bit complicated because of the rocks but truly no one in our group cared because of the beauty and isolation of the place.
Excellent.

Room Tip: Remember that you will be right on the beach so be prepared for the loud waves.

My tent was superb. Simple, tasteful, spacious and spotless. I especially liked the bathroom dresser and large bed.
The set meals were simple and fresh.
Service was calm, friendly and thoughtful.
You have the clean, quiet beach to yourself where you can totally switch off and relax.
Fantastic place to stay if you want to retreat from noise and bustle.
I was lucky enough to be staying when there were only 2 other guests staying at the resort.

The only downside was the rocks in the sea on this beach, preventing you from having a really good swim out, however you can still get in and have a paddle.

Definitely not a party spot in Goa, which is why we chose the place. Basically had the beach to ourselves during our 3-day visit. The tents are clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy. Bathrooms are also clean and have a decent shower. The true draw of this place is its seclusion and the beach. No touts. No crazy drunken Russians. No bass-thumping clubs to keep you up. Vikson, the manager, and the staff took very good care of us. The food was good and fresh, but nothing too special. Most other guests stayed just one day; we stayed for three. One night seems way too short to properly unwind, but I must admit that three nights had our toddler child feeling a bit bored. We loved spending our days at nearby Cola Beach, which is about 15 minutes walk and features a wonderful freshwater lagoon with no waves (perfect for little kids). Cola Beach has a bit more action, but also more of the rowdy tourist crowd. For a compromise, it's hard to beat this resort. Definitely recommend using the taxi service provided by the resort -- it's not easy to find and fees are reasonable. The resort isn't cheap, but when you consider the three inclusive meals, it's a decent value. And it'd be tough to find anything else like it in Goa.

I sometimes wonder, "When GOD created something as stunning as GOA, he surely must have planned to spend a summer there, isnt it?" If God ever took to this thought seriously and started his search for the perfect place to unwind in goa, the search should end at the sinfully secluded COLA BEACH EXCLUSIVE TENTED RESORT (CBETR) !

What does one want from Goa anyway? - The Sun, Powdery White Sand on an Endless Beach, Wide spaces on the beach that is virtually empty 24/7, a chance to savour local cuisine and a night on the beach gazing at the stars (Without worrying about peeping toms invading your privacy). Hmmmm did i miss anything? I Guess not.
I did not have quite a list like this one, when i checked into CBETR, but thank heavens, it checked every single one of the boxes ! There could not have been a better Goan Holiday to surprise my partner and make her fall in love with Goa and ME all over again ;) (Stayed there for three nights on 22nd November 2013).

For those who have already written me off as a starry eyed traveller still in his holiday hangover, here is a quick drilldown on why i loved this place and what can be better -

Staff : Peter did a great job of booking us in after a few phone calls and emails and his no nonsense yet polite style of communication helps. Vickson and Elina and their team are the ones who truly make you feel special. They are always there to help without seeming one bit intrusive. A big part of why this place rocks is the staff there.

Amenities : The word 'Resort' does not really do justice to the place. This does not have the tasteless opulence of a resort. It looks more like a work of love by a few passionate Goans !The rajasthani tents blend beautifully with the secluded theme of the place. The bathrooms are an extended part of the tents. They are functional (Western Style), very clean but not lavish.

The Food : They provide local cuisine which is great for a first timer. For someone who has been to goa a lot of times, this will surely not be his / her best goan food ever ! The taste is good and quantity sufficient (buffet). However, the variety can surely be better

Price : Would be steep if you are a backpacker or aim at penny pinching to extend your goan holiday for a few more days. Else, seems reasonable for the location alone !

The Location : If there is a one single reason i would recommend this place. It would be the LOCATION !! I repeat - It is sinfully secluded and truly gives you what it promises, Total Privacy amidst an outrageously beautiful beach setting.

If you want to have that perfect goan vacation without leaving anything to chance, you cant go wrong with CBETR. Will cherish my stay here for a long long time to come! Cheers.

We visited Cola Beach Exclusive Tents back in February for two nights, wish it had been longer. We were collected from our resort accommodation on time and taken to Cola beach with four other couples, some travelling down from North Goa. Arrived and shown to our tent, which are just like the pictures. We have stayed in shacks in Palolem, these are more comfortable, with all you need. Toilet, wash hand basin, and shower in a separate area, fan provided too. After a lovely lunch we spent the day just relaxing on the lovely comfortable sun-loungers, or taking a walk up and down the beach with the odd dip in the water to cool off. We actually had a 5 minute downpour which caused some amusement! Afternoon tea is served, followed by the evening meal. We thoroughly enjoyed all our food there, from breakfast to evening meal, all good quality good. I liked the fact that you were just called to your table and didn't have to think what you wanted to eat, tho the second evening we did get a choice of beautiful king prawns if you liked them. The evening entertainment was excellent, provided by the girls who clean your tents and around the resort. The unfortunate thing is that if you wish to tip them at the end of their show, we found we were unable to as we had deposited all our cash in the resorts safe keeping as we were told that we would not need any while there, and only had to settle our account at the end of our stay. Following the entertainment, they light the fire in huge pit, here everyone gathered round for a chat before going to bed. There was a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. We did walk down to the main Cola beach with the lagoon, but preferred where we were, much quieter. The morning before we left we were taken out in one the local boats to spot dolphins, sadly non seen, but a few sea otters entertained us for a while. We will definitely return for another stay, hopefully a little longer next time we visit Goa. Thanks to all the friendly staff.

Quiet , peaceful & private. Got married here last year on Valentine's day at sunset & it was amazing. Went back again this year for our anniversary & saw Peter & his team who do a wonderful job. Beach is tranquil & clean with 'interesting' pool area ! Food & service good. Entertainment in the shape of the fire dancers (except Sundays I think)
Tents are spacious & clean. Watch out for falling coconuts !
