We visited from 12-16 December. I'd call this a mid-high range hotel (Rs 2.8k/room ). The rooms were great and all rooms are pool facing. The one's on the groud floor are great if you plan to frequent the pool. Especially with children running in and out of room to/from pool. The service is a little slow, even though the hotel has very few rooms. The wi-fi is weak. The location is great if you want to reach the beach (not calanghute or baga, but a beach spot between calanghute and candolim). Calanghute/Baga are 5-8 mins drive.
Breakfast is standard. Nothing awesome. All in all, average, because the cost isn't too low.

Room Tip: Take ground floor room for ease of pool-access. Take HDMI cable if you have a laptop and want to wat...

We travelled to Kingstork from Florida with our Mumbai native cousins. It was a nice hotel with a pool and attached restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was great and the rest of the menu was broad and tasty. Most importantly the hotel was clean and the bathrooms were clean with nice showers. Beach is a short walk from the hotel, about 2-3 minutes max. Was worried a bit about what quality we would get coming from the states as this was chosen by our cousins based on Trip Advisor Reviews. I give this an excellent because it met my requirements for a nice place to stay that was affordable for us and our Indian cousins that was CLEAN. Staff was also friendly and helpful!

This was my third trip to Kingstork (that sums it up doesnt it? :)).
Last year had not rated them excellent as there were still a few flaws to iron out.
Well, good new is that this time they have done so.
Firstly, there is a generator in place now. So power cuts are now survivable.
Secondly, the food quality is awesome. Do try the Goan dishes. Some of the best we had recently.
Thirdly, pool was maintained as much as possible. Cant help if dragonflies commit suicide.

And most importantly, the help and support received from Stanley and Ruena.
Thank you guys for yet another wonderful trip to your place.

And, note that there are now a couple of permanent shacks just outside on the beach. So even during the off season there are options to be had.

Room Tip: All the rooms are exactly the same in facilities. Note that the top floor ones are larger in volume...

I've been there for one week. It is a beautiful small hotel very close to the beach. Very clean with everything you need for a great beach holidays.
The hotel's restaurant is also quite good.
The pool is big enough to relax a bit after beach.
It has air conditioning and safe locker inside.

Room Tip: All have pool view.

We stayed here last year for just a week or so. This time stayed 15 nights and still too short. So now booked for 3 months next year! This wonderful hotel is just perfect. Stanley, Ruena and all the staff work so hard to make everyone's stay a great experience. Housekeeping is top notch and usually done promptly on going for breakfast. The restaurant serves delicious meals. The pool, free wi fi and great location is ideal for beach, bars, money exchange etc. Being a small friendly hotel, makes it easy to chat with other guests of all nationalities and share info and life experiences! ! Not one negative about this great place at such a very resonable cost. Already missing you all.

Perfect location, Clean Rooms, supportive staff, excellent food... this hotel had all what one can expect from a hotel.. The owner Stanley and his wife are very supportive and helped us with cab and directions.

Room Tip: "Ask for ground floor as all ground floor rooms are pool facing."

Booked the stay for 3N/4D based on the reviews from Trip Advisory and it turned out to be the best stay we ever had. Each moment spent here was awesome and memorable. I would like to share one of my experiences here. On the second day of our stay we left the hotel leaving 7K cash on the bed and we realized this once we reached gas station. We then rushed back to hotel almost 1hr after we left ,we observed that the room service have cleaned the room neatly and the cash we left on bed is still there, they cleaned the bed and placed back the money on top of it. We were really moved by that incident. Hats off to the staff this hotel has.

The food served in this resort is awesome, first day we tried some nearby hotels but later we realized that the food here is much better and worth it.

Highly recommended, this is definitely the best hotel we have stayed in so far, would love to come back again.
