Brilliant Hotel!!! Great value for money in terms of service, friendliness of staff, facilities!
Location is fabulous! Shops, literally outside the hotel. The beach is short distance of 5-10 min walk to beach. Stayed in Suite, which had plenty of space. Spa facility was ok, improvements good be made better. Food was decent, but there is plenty of choice to outside near by!
Staff are very friendly, and helpful.

Room Tip: Choose Suite room, for extra space, and more comfort!!

I stayed there for 3 nights. I booked this hotel from one of the travel agents online and specifically mentioned that i dont want 2 joined single beds but a kind size bed, but request was not considered and i was given what i never asked for. But next morning i got a new room even bigger and better. Management showed concern in understanding that i am not comfortable.

I specifically liked the location, not too far from baga, calangute and candolim and also in a quiet place. Good number of eating options near by. Hotel also arrange for bike/scooter if you need it.

Its a new property so you will like it. Breakfast has lesser options but enough to survive.

Room Tip: Balcony room is preferred. Rooms in Block 1 are bigger.

Had been to this Hotel on a Business Trip. Location is very good. Close to the Busy Street in Calangute but Traffic does not disturb as it is a little off the Road. The Beach is Just a 10 min Walk from the Hotel. Didn't get much time in the Hotel to Explore the Facilities. Front Office Staff is very Helpful.
The buffet Breakfast is good and the Restaurant Staff very prompt in Service as well.
Not much option for In-Room Dining, but that's not an issue since there are a lot of options around that area. Overall Stay was very good and i would definitely suggest the same to anyone looking at staying at the Hotel.

Excellent hotel to stay in,spotless, well apointed location almost pop holiday street, staff were really freindly and courtious and very polite, rooms were above average size and very clean etc, dining room staff also very helpful, surprised to find this standard and helpfulness in a great location, This hotel is only a short walk to the beach which is in holiday street the entrance, whilst walking down holiday street,250mtrs on the right hand side is a small parade of shops u will find a small leather shop called alis leather etc, call in and order a leather coat or jacket etc, the prices are brilliant and will copynanything you take or look thru his catalogues etc, mans jacket around £45,first time fit!!!givenhim are regards as we bought 7 in total(Cheryl, spence, sue and mart)Cheryl couldn't make up her mind so she bought 3!!!. The beaches are good but sometimes the waves are a bit heavy etc,try baggage beach just north and try the watersports, very cheap parasailing.bars are cheap with a bear around 75p,wine not readily available, try the Saturday night large Market that end at 1pm,great night out with plenty to see and buy, calangutenhas changed a lot since are first visit 12 yrs ago but we liked to over holiday so much we are rebooking for jan2013 if we can, only done side was the miserable custom/passport staff at the airport who should greet you with a smile and courtesy not throw your passport back at you once stamped, after all the visa alone cost nearly £90 just to get in plus all the money tourist pay into the areas economy etc, they are very sour faced and you don't expect to be treated that way after travelling for over 10 hrs or so,that's then only thing that spoilt things for us,the locals are very friendly and welcoming and we would not hesitate to recommend a visit, plenty to see and do,can't wait to go back, try it, it's manic.

I stayed in the OCEAN PALMS along with my family including my parents. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Rooms are very spacious. Food was very nice, specially if it is a buffet (both breakfast and dinner). Only thing which we didn't like, was the spa facility. They should improve a lot, otherwise our stay was very comfortable. Best thing thing about the hotel was the DISCIPLINE.They are very punctual in their timings( including pickup-drop,sight seeing, restaurant, spa, swimming pool etc.). Staff was very cooperative and friendly. I feel like going there again.
