Stayed in Adamo, During Mansoon season..
Pros : Loved the place and location.. Pool is nice with decent ambience..
Cons :
food is very pricey.. 20% Service charge for room..

It was raining heavily and we asked for umbrella.. But we were refused bluntly (Fair enough, but the way we were refused was not good) .. when even security guard was more concerned about us..

When we asked about the activities.. and things to do.. The Male at reception.. was least interested in providing any information..

The person sitting at the reception does not have much knowledge.. and can promise any thing to deny it later on.. I asked them before checking-in and from Bangalore itself if they accept Amex.. later on they refused me so rudely .. as if i am not going to pay them.. They even told me that i can pay by going to their web site.. but later on they said i need to pay hefty amount which is mentioned on the web site and not the amount which is agreed upon..

Overall it was a mixed feeling.. Regent room was not so good .. but i got it in a good deal Off season discount.. So it was Fine.. The different amount for regency was too high.. so i checked out of hotel and moved to better hotel.. with competitive rates and better facilities..

Room Tip: Regency is good .. But checkout other options also..

My visit to this hotel was last march with my parents and two sisters. The hotel was lush! as we arrived at night it was lit up and looked like paradise. The staff were SO helpful welcoming us with a chilled drink and excellent service. As i went with family it was perfect and very friendly. The pool was very clean and restaurant and bar area was nice to chill and drink with the music playing. It was nicer relaxing by the pool then the beach at times it was that nice. The food and drinks were reasonable priced and tasty. The breakfast in the morning was something to wake up for. The eggs were the best!! The area itself was busy Calungute being very touristy and Baga was more luxury and peacefulness. The markets/shops down Baga were good and nightlife was fab. It was buzzing at nighttime with all restaurants lit up and atmosphere was amazing. Goa and this hotel is a must. My whole family enjoyed it and we plan to visit again. The staff were so attentive helpful and very welcoming.

Room Tip: We got upgraded to the new rooms, but when we left we were told all rooms were changing to be like t...

From the airport to the hotel around 1:00 to go. We got room 234 in the second building on the 4th floor overlooking the neighboring property, no balcony. The room is a large double bed, wardrobe, two bedside tables, mirror, two chairs, TV, refrigerator with mini bar, fan, air-conditioning. Cleaning in the room: sometimes every day, sometimes every other day.
Beach: the road from the hotel to the beach Calangute takes about 10 minutes walk.

We stayed in this hotel in April 2012 in the apartment block with a group of 16 people. The rooms were clean and value for money. The pool is also well maintained. I would like to give a special mention to their awesome food - really tasty stuff.
They also have another block of luxury rooms that are costlier and luxuriously built. I would suggest this hotel for its location near calangute beach, awesome food.
But i have just one lil complaint tht we were told to hush down our voices when we were sitting near the pool at night, a lil more courteous service would certainly be appreciated.

I have been here an year back. I went along a few f y friends and their spouses. Its a pretty decent hotel, well maintained. Its rather an Apartment hotel where you find many Foreign nationals. The swimming pool is very good and well maintained too. The service is quite good at this hotel. The breakfast is complementary everyday for all the people who occupy the room and the bfast is real good. They serve customised breakfast as per your request.
The drinks are served at the poolside and over the pool to, so you can sip while you dip !
believe me we didnt go to Goa beach for two days ! we just used to stay in this pool sipping n dipping !
Its very close to calangute beach and all the shopping zones are nearby too !
Jus remember you can bargain the room prices. you can really get an awesome deal here.
Nice place, comfortable and pleasant stay !

Room Tip: Take the Pool side rooms as they are well maintained.

We're in India during the period from 11 to 21 March 2012. We got room 234 in the 2nd building on the 4th floor overlooking the neighboring property, no balcony. The room is a large double bed, wardrobe, two bedside tables, mirror, two chairs, TV, refrigerator with mini bar (prices are the same as in store), ceiling fan, air-conditioning. Bathroom 6m2, a shower is a funnel sticking out of the wall and a drain hole in the floor, so when we took a shower, the water on the floor, stood on half of the room. Many people with whom we met there, changed his number to the better, we are, in principle, all arranged as came in the room only to sleep. Cleaning in the room: sometimes every day, sometimes every other day, was making a couple of times bed linen with dried drops of blood. There was one case. Newton took a trip to the supermarket in Candolim, bought stuff and brought it all in the room (although by the rules of the hotel, bringing the hotel food and beverages are strictly prohibited!) In general, in-room lay open 500 gram package with pistachios and a packet of peanuts ( just started), two days later we noticed that these packages are virtually empty, perhaps cleaners regularly eat up our reserves. When we called and complained to the guide, the guide said to us that we do not have the right, or what to bring to the hotel and they had every right to withdraw our products, but after this phone call "begging in our room stopped) and come to get out have become much less . Meals: only breakfast, but next time, even breakfasts will not take. Of the meal: scrambled eggs, cereal, bread, toast, butter, jam, fruit, pineapple, papaya, watermelon. There was still some food, but it took only campers there Indians: some gravy, green beans, potatoes ... all terribly keen. Beach: the road from the hotel to the beach Calangute takes about 10 minutes walk, to the left side of the main entrance to the beach, very dirty, rested there once, in the sand goby, debris, etc. We went to the right on the beach close to Bagh, occupied beds in the shack H2 / 0, the food there is delicious food and drinks brought directly to the sun loungers. I liked the fact that when we went swimming, the boy from the shack that sat on a nearby beach chair and watched our things in our absence. The waves are really big, but we rode on them and were happy as children. Local Indians on the beach is really very much, but is not much get away to the right and there are no Indians.
I liked to ride a rickshaw "Tuk-tuk", at first I thought that in this tin can we just got, but when it was sat quite comfortably on the speed of movement is only slightly inferior to the car, at a cost of about Rs 100-150 cheaper than in a taxi. Themselves (by taxi) went to the waterfall Duhdsagar, elephants and spice plantation. Given in all about 4,000 rupees for two people (approximately $ 40 per person), at our hotel this excursion offered for $ 60 per person, and in general on the next $ 95.
In general, the impression of the rest: a complete delight, which is not possible to describe in words, we fell in Asia and hope to return there again and again.
