Location:-The hotel is right on the Calangute Beach and a drive in hotel. It is also very close (Walk able distance) to calangute circle and baga road where all the famous restaurant, travel agents, Taxis, shopping market. Though right on the calangute beach but away from the crowd and hawkers, on the secluded baga side.
Facilities & Amenities:- The hotel has its private way to beach which is very well maintained and just 100mtr from the beach. The hotel provides its sun beds and towels exclusively for its guest and a beach front Restaurant and Bar. The hotel has a very excellent well maintained garden with variety of rare flowers and vegetable plants The hotel has a very small Swimming pool with Bar. The pool is too small and can be used for children only. The Restaurant and Bar seems very reasonably priced as compared to other beach shacks. The restaurant serves delicious Indian, Goan, Continental food and mocktails. They have live entertainment and music in the evening. The morning complimentary breakfast is not so royal, with limited choices but tasty enough.
Rooms:-Stayed in Large A/c room no F-25 for Rs.4k Per night including taxes and breakfast. The room (F-25) is very spacious and well decorated and furnished. It has a huge balcony facing sea as well as pool. Overall cleanliness and room ambience is excellent. Preferred Rooms in the annex instead of cottages as cottages are a bit away from the beach and restaurant and are old stinky and having dampen feeling.
Negatives:- There are no Tea/Coffee make in the rooms. No Bath Tub. Room Service available for Tea and Coffee only (Not for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). Swimming Pool is too small. They are very strict about closing timings i.e. Breakfast closed at Sharp 10AM, Check out at Sharp 11AM. Restaurant is closed at Sharp 10.30PM thereafter no food or beverages available within the resort. A bit away from (2KM) from the Tito’s and Mambo’s
The resort is basically serving Foreign guest (More than 90%) and standard, well mannered and Higher Middle class families, hardly any stags. The hotel & front desk staff is very helpful and co-operative.
Overall this is the perfect safe & secured beach front resort with reasonably priced and tasty food.

Room Tip: Preferred Rooms in the annex instead of cottages as cottages are a bit away from the beach and restaurant and are old stinky and having dampen feeling.

This is kind of resort I was looking for and I booked this place truly based on the tripadvisor reviews. The price is nominal, right on the beach, away from mad crowds (hotel is right between calangute and baga) so feels like a private beach. Room service is so quick, expect for the fact they should have more items listed for room service. Breakfast is basic contintenal but very good only if they could add some fresh fruits and juices then it wold be excellent.

Walkable distance to market and bunch of restaurants.

Room Tip: I recommend taking rooms in the Annex building, it is 200m extra walking, but it is quite and new buildings, have a feel good factor

Spent 4 days there with my wife. Very nice place to stay with basic but very clean rooms.
The resort is located on Calangute beach but still away from the crowd. Breakfast needs to be improved to include more variety.
Room service menu is very limited, but gives the basic options of water, beer , fries etc.

Room Tip: I would suggest 1st floor rooms (large a/c), as ground floor pool facing rooms can affect privacy.

Stayed at the resort for three days in Dec 1st week. The property is bang on the calangute beach and only 2 min walk to Calangute market area. You can have a taxi / scooter on rent just outside the resort.
The rooms are very nice and all with a balcony from which u can have a Sea / Pool view. Room service is very prompt but limited. The landscapes are quite good.
Their restaurant is Sea facing and u can enjoy your dinner with live music they arrange almost 4 times a week.Food is also good, you can ask for your taste and they serve it perfectly. But the breakfast is disappointing for me as they have only limited variety & almost same menu every day.
Overall experience of my stay was very good and the resort is much better than what their website suggests.

Have been here multiple times and its a nice family run hotel, located on the beach, just off the hustle of baga - calangute road. Food is good; bkfast can be a bit too basic at times but then u can always order more. Rooms are basic and clean; preferable to avoid the base category rooms since for a tad extra, the higher category rooms are much larger and better furnished. The service is really nice and though they often insist on adherence to check in check out times, it's understandable given their occupancy rates. Net net - nice, decent, feel good, value for money place. Of course if u compare a boutique budget hotel to a star property, u r bound to get disappointed...:)
