We were travelling after my delivery with our son who was all of just 3 months.... i was worried about whether or not we would manage well on our own... but my worry was baseless coz taj exotica and its ever helpful staff (especially the concierge, front desk and housekeeping staff) was there to make things sooo easy for us...

with a small baby with us we used to be invariably late for the buffet breakfast... would always reach just in time but never once were we sent away. till date its our best trip together.

huge rooms, with a splendid view.. and a brilliant property at our disposal we had a wonderful stay...

Every one of the 43 members of our group left the Taj Exotica extremely happy, full of praise and so thoroughly spoilt by the exceptional hospitality extended to us ( World class does not seem strong enough a term).
There were Stars and I must mention them: From the very start , Vinita Roche handheld us beautifully and did everything she possible could to accommodate our many requests- many thanks Vinita
Noor Ahmed made the process of reservation for the many individual bookings effortless and was exceptionally prompt to cater to our every need with warmth and a smile- Thank you Noor, you are a Gem.
Abhishek , Gyandeep put in many long hours and smiled their way through what was a very noisy and demanding bunch of children ( both young and old) - very many thanks
Indira, thank you for making that extra effort and stepping inn with the finishing touches that made our stay perfect.
Chef Melroy did a super job at offering us a fine menu selection that ensured a very happy parent and child- thank you Chef !
I share this personalised feedback because I strongly feel that a brand is only as good as its people and after staying at a Taj Property for the first time in 6 years , You Stars made it crystal clear once again why you are " Simply the Best" ! Take a bow !
What bigger compliment can I pay you than to share with you that our children in the group made a "demand" to their parents : "next year our Goa stay must ONLY be at the Taj Exotica - it was the best - It is our Grand Goa home now"
So a massive heartfelt thank you from us all, I must warn you that we will be back soon and often.
We loved our time there and I could not have asked for a better stay for our school group.
Mr Yousuff, the General Manager , you are an exceptional host, you have an outstanding pristine property maintained beautifully and a team that is second to none. In my opinion the Exotica boasts access to one of the finest beaches in Goa, a fabulously landscaped large garden home to some beautiful birds that have made it home and above all a team so keen to do everything they possibly can to exceed your every expectation. Thank you Exotica.

Taj exotica is beautiful, is green, has a great staff.. they never say no.. great welcome, great check in ..Numrata was sweet enough to arrange some snacks as we got delayed and missed lunch..Spacious beautiful rooms..although we faced some issues with F&B (clearly we short staffed) but the intent was great from staff.. they did their best.. special mention for Narayan Das who took at lot of care as we had an infant.. but F&B improved from the first night experience.. (mr krishna also treid his best).....the hotel also provided a pram for us..very friendly.. great pool, great kids area, green green and green, birds, ducks, cycle ride, buggy ride, super pool, great beach, super sunset view from the shack.. super dvd library.. and an excellent SPA...
would love to come back again...

Room Tip: keep mosquito repellent on.. and deluxe rooms are great value for money

We have visited this hotel on numerous occasions and the main reason we keep returning is as follows:

The staff are very helpful, friendly and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is memorable.

The hotel has a number of restaurants and we ate regularly at the coffee shop (this is where the buffet breakfast is served) and the Lobster Shack which is in the grounds and overlooks the beach and Arabian sea.

There is always a lot of choice of food on offer in the coffee shop, with the Lobster shack serving fresh fish of the day. This is were we felt the best food was and the sea breeze was pleasant in the evening too. Especially for cocktails or a bottle of wine as the sunsets!

The hotel has extensive well maintained grounds. It supports many activities during the day, whether you want to play a bit of golf, archery or use one of the cycles to meander around the hotel.

We also on our 2 week stay used the facilities of the gym, steam room and jacuzzi, all of which are free/complementary.

The room we stayed in was a single story bungalow and was very roomy and overlooked one of the well manicured lawn areas.

The food and wine prices can be quite expensive after all the taxes have been levied, so if you are on a bit of a tight budget there are many beach bars and restaurants around the Taj Exotica which are well worth a visit and are very well priced.

The services are excellent and staff is very helpful.

There are so many activities to be done ....

The beach is the cleanest ... Very close to the rooms.
