A very mixed experience at this hotel.

First of all, the disparity between the standard rooms & deluxe rooms is huge! For an extra 2000Rs/night, it is worth getting the deluxe room with a possible pool view and decent balcony. All their standard rooms are facing bushes, infested with mosquitoes. Their rooms do not look like the pictures on their site and their website says nothing about the standard rooms facing the bushes, which they should because it can make or spoil your holiday! Breakfast was very mediocre.

Secondly, the 2 ladies we were greeted by at the reception on 23rd Dec afternoon are extremely rude!!Appaling they are at the reception desk because not only are rthey unfriendly and unhelpful, they have no qualms about arguing with their visitors. One of them, Shabina, had the audacity to ring us back at our hotel room number to further rant at us.The worst customer service I have experienced in all my travels.

On a more positive note, the location is good though it is not opposite Coffee Cafe Day as is stated on the website. Also, most of the other staff was pretty helpful. One of the porters, Chandan was a gem and made our stay a lot better as he went out of his way to get us some of the items we required, travelling with a one year old. Also, the security guard never failed to greet us every time we went past the entrance. The receptionist on duty at night was also very helpful and obliging. On these accounts, I rated it 2 out of 5. They should definitely look into getting some polite and service oriented people at the fron desk for check ins,etc as first impressions definitely count!

Room Tip: Definitely opt for the deluxe rooms if you want a decent view and less mosquitoes in your room.

Little inside around 200 mts from main candolim road. Small hotel. I wanted a budget room so book with help from Make my trip its was Standard AC room. But bad experience was room was last corner of first floor and below it was hotel kitchen utensils washing noise in evening and above roof has some dropping of iron items may be gym dumbles or hotel renovation. Behind the room was a big gutter of hotel. At 4 am in morning the local Cock behind the hotel wakes up and constantly cookdo cookdo till 6 am was so much annoying. So look for rooms facing pool side second floor. Good experience is nice healthy breakfast. Food is expensive on Candolim road side resturants and taste for foreigner not for indian people. So go for package of breakfast and dinner with hotel.

Room Tip: Look for the rooms facing pool side and on second floor.

It was a family trip. We preferred Standard 2 AC Room/s on 2nd floor. Rooms were neat & tidy with fridge, 24 hrs hot water. Candolim beach is arnd 1.5kms.
Prefer rooms on 2nd and above floors. A good stay.

It was my second visit to Goa. The hotel was just awesome. It was so good that I had just booked for 3 days but extended it to 5 days and that to without any problem. The staff was very good. The morning breakfast was excellent. The restaurant and bar was also quite impressive. The swimming pool was also considerably clean. Good entertainment facilities and a pool table for some fun. It was a few hundred meters from the beach. The free wi fi was a cherry on the cake.

Hotel is good, but far away from main road, candolim beach is 1.5 km. Staffs are very cordial. Room service is very good. Not happy with Reception desk. Credit card payment will attract 2% more, but not intimated earlier. Breakfast/Dinner is very good. HoteI had arranged for folk song and dance in the evening, lovely experience. Happy with the price paid for the stay. Do not expect the sky.

Room Tip: Standard room is only for 2 persons. If you want space, go for deluxe room.

Our stay was from 2nd of Nov 2013 to 5th of Nov.
Hotel is really well maintained, as located in Candolim so accessible to all good places.
But the room service was very slow. As its Goa 1/4th of the day you spend your time outside only.
Suggesting only for large groups and families, its not for couples.
Overall it was Cool mainly from access point of view.
