“great beach for kids”
Reviewed February 20, 2013

We went to Vagator Beach on 13 Feb 2013 in the afternoon. Among other north goa beaches this beach is splendid. No hasslers bugging you, no crowd, peace and quiet welcomes you. We found very few beach shacks. The road ends at some height above the beach and the view is breath taking. We walked down 50 steps to the beach and we were greeted by a lonely shack where we had coconut water.
The most outstanding feature of this beach is the gradual slope to the sea and the small hill just above the beach. For kids it was great since we could let them go quite far into the sea and still the level of water was thigh deep. The sand here was brownish and we did find some sea shells while strolling in the shore.
In the end all i can say is we had a pleasant couple of hours here without being disturbed even once and that is what really matters.

“Untouched & Less crowded beach as compare to Baga and Anjuna”
Reviewed February 19, 2013

It is a small beach and less crowded than Baga, Calangute or Anjuna. Best place to spend evening on beautiful beach. Great rock formations to give it beautiful view of beach. This is the best beach from North Goa

“Nice clean beach in north goa”
Reviewed February 15, 2013 via mobile

Away from crowds, where u can do ur own thing, be it swimming, jogging, exercising or just taking a stroll.
Clean white sand, clear of hawkers n vendors, perfect to take ur wife or family.
Love the view from the top of the hill.
