“Quite a scene with beautiful views”

You go to Curlies for the scene and the setting not the food or service. Still very much worth a visit.

“Great Place”
Reviewed September 27, 2012

Very nice place, and party atmosphere.
Slightly overpriced . Great view overlooks the beach.
Approach is tricky as the road is very narrow . If you are coming in by car, you need to park pretty far wasy from this place and walk it up

“great place to be”
Reviewed September 23, 2012

heard a lot of good stuff about this place from friends so thought of checking it out. We parked our bikes at Anjuna beach cuz we thougt it would be just around the corner and we were so wrong.. we walked and walked and walked and walked and finally found curlies but I guess it was worth the walk. (so drive to curlies from anjuna beach as it a bit far I think abouot 30 min walk from main anjuna beach)

Curlies is good, food is good the portions are not big. its just on the beach so you can read ur fav book on teh sun bed, just relax have a drink or take a dip in the water.

Oh and best part is that they also offer para gliding and all those activities so I think its worth a visit. '

Loved being there and would visit again.

“The mysterious escape.”
Reviewed September 21, 2012

Here's the thing- from the beginning curlie's will get your curiosity alive. You'll need to pay 1200-1500 bucks just to get there (off season) so be prepared to spend 5-6 hours (preferable post 10 p.m. for a different experience altogether)

The lonely unlit path takes you to a cliff that overlooking the vast ocean and you can hear the sound of waves & thumping sexy electric trance in sweet harmony.

This is a doper's paradise! Period. It is NOT for families, not for kids and definitely not for oldies to come all the way because the 'restaurant' has good reviews on food. Not sure how Curlie's ever got the reputation of being a restaurant! (The food used to be good, now its just avg). If you are prejudiced against dopers, trance music- this isn't the place for you.

Curlie's upstairs is a different world - diwan seating amidst dim lighting, sound of waves, sweet breeze and a dance floor inside if you want to occasionally disappear in your own world.

Would recommend going in a like minded group of friends. This place truly is a mysterious escape.
