Arrived at hotel to a dirty dissappointing room we then had to move twice and neither rooms were clean or what we exspected for a price tag of £350 per week peak season or not. Although service was good rooms were dirty and unsafe with hazardes plug sockets and the fridge blowing up in the middle of the night which i can only explain as the sound of a gun gowing off at 2.00 am in the morning... we reported the incident straight away with staff who seemed to laugh it off rather than care that we were scared and felt unsafe. Air con did not work and fans would not go over a max of 2 when the full capacity was 5.... which then sounded like a helicopter was landing in your room! The breakfast was more than dissapointing for the price paid considering the food you can get in the local town. Breakfast included or not we choose to dine outside the hotel! When I did eat there i was very sick for two days which i can only blame on the hotel as no other food was consumed. If you look at the website do not be fooled as they have obviously taken pics in a very good light as i can guarentee it will not be what you expected.

The hotel is located near German Bakery and is not so hard to locate. Walk-able distance from Anjuna beach and other beaches are not so distant once you get used to the roads which isn't very hard. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained and well equipped with most basic and semi luxury facilities. The breakfast and services are commendable and the management is friendly and hospitable as well! We stayed for a week during April 2013 and loved it. There were no complaints whatsoever and our stay was peaceful and undisturbed! Will definitely visit again and have recommended to a dozen of my friends!

Room Tip: Rooms away from the reception area are peaceful but too remote and isolated. Choose the rooms that o...

A wonderful, peaceful and serene resort away from the hustle and bustle. Excellent cottages and landscaping. Warm and friendly service by the resort staff. Pool side lounge bar was my favorite and the food quality is also good. Overall a memorable experience close to attaining 'Niravana'...:)

This hotel is very nice, clean and specious. Hotel Staffs are very nice and polite.

We have taken CP plan and Breakfast was very nice, particular we prefer only veg and they have so much verity for Veg as well as for non veg.

Resort is somewhat remote but once you hire bike you don’t find trouble.

Pool side café/Bar and restaurant are very good and drink prices are very reasonable.

We love this resort and we will stay same place when we visit Goa again.

Room Tip: Prefer Room in front of pool side facing , like 106 and 107

Resort has a beautiful look, clean and spacious rooms in separate/adjoining cottages with individual balcony, bathrooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pool is nice and clean. Breakfast is complimentary. Food is tasty and service is good. There's an enclosed restaurant as well as an open one overlooking the pool. We got a discounted deal for 3 nights as we went during the peak of summer :) Anjuna beach is 25 minutes walk away and best visited during the early hours of morning, you can also rent bicycles instead of walking. The resort is a little remotely located and far from main city, so renting a car is the best option (self-driven cars can be rented at 2500/- per day and is a good value for money for >3 member groups). The hotel folks arranged the car rentals for us. Having a GPS would have helped, especially at night. But overall an enjoyable experience.

Far away from the beach, not worth the cost, there is just nothing near by...should be the last on anyone's list... good that I spent only 2 nights, earlier I was planning for 3 nights, good that I moved to Mayfair Hideaway resort for my rest 5 nights.. I would definitely not suggest this place to anyone...

Room Tip: there is just no difference between the deluxe and super deluxe room... they try to lure the guests...
