This place is a little secluded and one would not find a fancy décor surrounding the place. Its serene setting in a mango orchard just sets the mood. Its open for dinner from 6 PM.The chef Sarjano is an institution in himself, having spent his last 30 years in India serving delicious and authentic Italian food. He served as head chef in Osho Ashram for 20 years and then last 10 years in goa teaching young aspirants to cook the best Italian food. He is the author of a book titled "Food is Home" foreword by Shobha Dee .
We were hungry and were searching for a nice Pizzza place, luckily we stumbled upon a small board indicating presence of this place hidden beneath the trees.
The pizza was big in size and delicious in taste, easily serves two,and trust me we ate our fingers too. While you are waiting for the food, Sarjano will walk you through his marathon journey in India with a smile on his face and one realizes if we could all fall in love with what we do and make people happy.Because Sarjano surely is in love with the food he cooks and passing on the legacy to the younger generation.
