“Of no interest to indians”
Reviewed April 5, 2013

The most boring items sold by Tibetan exiles - oxidised metal jewellery, fake turquoise jewellery from china, red bead jewellery, and the only good item, the heavy and expensive singing bowls. Also the most boring gujarati, rajasthani, etc.etc. & kashmiri items - Goa can be called kashmir emporium.

Bargaining is a must in all open air stalls in Goa.

“Unique Experience”
Reviewed April 1, 2013

This was something different and totally unexpected. You can get almost everything from Tibetan and Kashmiri handicrafts to hippy knickknacks, bargaining is a must, if you invest the time you can get some good deals. But more than the shopping you must visit this flea market simply for the experience; it was something out of the blue.

“An experience”

Great place to experience India, hippy stalls, spice stalls and general Indian souvenirs, great fun haggling with stall holders, taxi cheap in and out and will even wait for you while you shop for a small charge, worth a visit !
