Neat rooms. Veg food had not much choices. Take bike for rent and keep roaming. 45%offer on room was good. Anjuna beach would not have much of crowd, sunset would be amazing. Not much of good veg hotels in anjuna. You need to go to baga or calangute for best veg food

We just stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is about a 15 minute walk to the beach. You definitely need some type of transportation to get around. The hotel food is excellent and the room was very clean. The staff at the hotel were all very nice and friendly but incredibly slow. The breakfast buffet was delicious but it wasn't put out for the guests until after 9 am and it seemed they put out 1 dish every 20 minutes. Overall, ok place to stay but improving the service would really make for a much better user experience.

Considering this was a long weekend, we managed to book this hotel well in advance and got a bit of discount too since it was off season.

The first batch arrived early on the 15th and had to change rooms by afternoon as they were damp and the paint was falling off. We got there by 3pm and our room was also very misty due to the rains and closed rooms. Since all rooms were booked we did not have an option to change our room so had to make do.

The cupboard in one of our friend's rooms actually came apart and almost fell on their child who was lying on the floor. This was a shocker and after a bit of raised voices, the staff removed cupboard doors from all our rooms as a safety measure.

Breakfast was basic but improved the second day with omelets on order. The pool was good and the bar was decently priced. Since we spent most of the time outdoors, didn't experience the hotel beyond this.

I would not recommend this hotel during off season as its not maintained at all. You are better off trying other properties in the area.

Room Tip: Do not take top floor rooms during monsoon season.

I stayed there for one month during this monsoon. The rooms are wide and comfortable and the staff is very nice. The rooms have big glass windows/ doors and there is plenty of light during rains as well ( many of other accommodations in anjuna are rather dark). I didn't like the breakfast ( not much choice, no fresh juice, no good coffee, pancake had a strange colour, texture and no taste.....so i was going to Artjuna next door which is great. I got a nice discount because of the prolonged stay and it was a very good value for money.

The hotel is located very close to Anjuna beach. Peacocks around the hotel. Swimming pool is good. The staff is really friendly. Rooms are wide and clean. I had visited during August. Had a 4 night stay in the hotel. They are new ones in the business. But they are the best. Loved my stay with my husband. Visiting again for the new year Bashhh !!!!

Room Tip: choose a Deluxe room.
