I don't know of any other restaurant we have frequented where staff remembers who my and wife and I are, to the point of recalling what we order each time we visit this Starbucks. Guess we are predictable, and of course we frequent this location since it is close to our home; but the staff goes beyond simply remembering our usual order, and makes a point to say hello to us, even asking about our absence when we are out of town--recently, a couple of the young ladies recalled that I had casually mentioned I had knee surgery and inquired several weeks later how I was doing. Very thoughtful indeed.
Thanks, Starbucks, for your good sense in hiring and training a courteous and friendly staff, and instilling a sense of interest in your customers going beyond recalling recurring coffee orders. Visiting this location is akin to an old television sit-com, "Cheers", where, when a frequent customer (Norm) walks into the bar, the bar staff acknowledges his entry by shouting, "Norm". I am proud to be a "Norm" this Starbucks location
