“Always love embassy suites”
Reviewed June 9, 2010

Like most Embassy Suites, this is a really nice hotel. I've been traveling to Huntsville for about 2 years now, and decided to stay here and give it a shot. It's nice having a Ruth's Chris in the hotel, room service is always awesome. Staff here is really nice and I have nothing negative to say. Never any issues with noise, and for a hotel, I love the rainforest cafe coffee in the room.

We always stay here when attending the NASA Big Spring Bash for Volleyball. It is connected to the convention center so it is a great location. As with all the Embassy's - We love the hotels. Included is the wonderful full breakfast and made to order omlettes/eggs. The "manager's reception" aka Happy Hour....FREE just tops it off. Love the rooms, plenty of space and the beds are incredible.

My husband and I stayed at Embassy Suites with our infant son while traveling home from Gulf Shores, AL. We normally would not have stayed so far off of I65, but there was a tornado outbreak and we headed to Huntsville. The room was very clean, and the beds comfortable. We also requested a crib, and the one provided was very nice and included a bumper. It's also nice to have a 2 room suite when traveling with a baby, so that mom and dad can relax away from baby while he sleeps. The staff at this hotel is amazing. They are so friendly and have no problem going out of their way to make you comfortable. There is a cocktail hour from 5:30-7:30. They are supposed to have "appetizers", which consisted of chips and some goldfish. My son really liked the goldfish. We did not get a chance to eat breakfast, as we were heading out about an hour before it was scheduled to start. The staff did offer to make us breakfast early, which goes back to how accommodating they are. From what I saw them setting up, breakfast did look really good. An omelet station with yogurt, fruit, bakery, cereal, and really good coffee. We ended up going out for dinner while staying here, as we did not want anything as heavy and expensive as the steakhouse.

There is one thing I could say about his hotel that I did not like. We thought the room was a little overpriced, and for what you paid, they nickle and dimed you for everythihg. $5 for parking, $5 for internet access. You would think for $150 they would include this in the rate. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel

Attended for my college homecoming. Hotel was clean, great customer service and immaculate atrium. Staff very responsive to our complaint when we entered our room it was less than clean. They immediately switched rooms and gave us an upgrade with a handwritten apology. Will return every year if service remains the same.

We had a 4hr drive to Huntsville to visit family, and we arrived a little early. The check in process was very pleasant, and everyone was extremely friendly. The best part of the entire experience is that we were traveling with a smoker and this Embassy Suites had the best smelling smoking room that I've ever stayed in!!!!! It was a very pleasant experience. After a long day on the road, it was great to have such a relaxing hotel to come back to.

After having a terrible experience at the Holiday Inn across the street, my colleague and I spent the rest of our trip at this Embassy Suites. It had all of the amenities you would expect from a John Q. Hammons hotel - clean rooms, good service, and a hot breakfast. We had absolutely no complaints.

This hotel is maybe the finest hotel i ever stayed in. Stayed there for a concert at the connecting Von Braun Concert Hall, and was extremely happy. Everything was laid out very nicely. The housekeeping was perfect, and the staff are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I guess if i had to find a flaw, it would be that silly $5.00 parking charge, which if this would just be included in the rate, then it would not even be an issue. Again a big thank you to the entire staff for making my stay absolutely perfect!!!!!!!
