We stood in a line for 10+ mins to place orders. At one point there was nobody taking orders. They refused to stamp my loyalty card. First time any Zaxby's refused my loyalty card. The drinks area was filthy when we got our drinks and filthy when we left. Salt shaker on our table was empty and the table next to us had a pile of melting ice. There was nobody cleaning anywhere in the restaurant. This is so uncharacteristic of the Zaxby's chain. Corporate should pull their franchise!! Oh, and while all this was going on, there was a group of blue shirt managers sitting in a huddle doing anything other than managing. I will not go back to this location.
