“Great Down-home cooking”
Reviewed February 25, 2014

Only open for breakfast and lunch this diner is not much to catch your eye on the outside. All of their efforts are poured into the food which has in the past been voted "Huntsville's Best Breakfast". True down home cooking, most done on the flat top not more than a few feet away from anywhere you sit. I like spicy food, and if you want hot sauce they have hot sauce. For the wimp's they have Texas Pete or equivalent but if you really want something to cry about ask for some of the special reserve they keep under the counter. We have never had a bad meal here, we have gone as a couple, with the family, and in a group. Since the two large booths are at opposite ends we have combined a large booth and a 4 seater to fit our entire group. Our only complaint to date is the wait, which just depends on what time you arrive. Great food worth waiting for and they can add or delete items to your liking.

“Best Breakfast In A Long Time”
Reviewed January 18, 2014

Our first trip here, the place was packed on a Saturday with a few people waiting for tables but is well worth the wait! A simple diner atmosphere with daily breakfast and lunch specials on chalk boards. I got the breakfast burrito she got a vegetarian omelet. Both meals were excellent, everything done just right and tasty. No grease from the chorizo in the omelet and the hash browns were done just to my liking and not overcooked as most places. I salute the wait staff, cook and other workers as this place runs very well and we got our food quickly. Our tab was $15.28 without drinks.
