It's large, a great variety of plants, trees and flowers...a cafe and a gift shop.

I went during an extended business trip just to fill up time. I expected plants and flowers, but there was so much to see, I ended up there for over 4 hours. On arrival, I had strawberry soup at the very nice cafe and listed to a flute ensemble. I followed the attractions on the map, visiting each of them. I passed by the acquatic gardens initially because there were wedding photos being taken, but went back to it later. What really surprised me were the activities for children. There were mazes, forts (and other things) to climb, ponds for wading, misters to run through, ball pit. In short lots of things (and not just in the childrens garden area) to keep children entertained. There were lots of benches and I paused at several to enjoy the scenery and read a chapter or two. I would definately choose to come back again.

Beautiful stroll - sort of expensive for a walk in the garden. Very well kept and groomed. Great family outing for a half-day; very cool to take a lunch and snacks for small kids. Picturesque setting.

This was an unexpected pleasant surprise when arriving in Huntsville. Beautiful grounds with lots of wandering trails. A very Jude friendly environment! Pack a picnic to eat in the grass, grab your kids' swimsuits to play in the fountain, lather up the sunscreen and enjoy nature in full bloom.
