Great sandwich and coffee place that provides a relaxed atmosphere if you need to crack open a computer, connect to some free wifi and get some work or surfing done.

We stayed at the Westin and walked to Cafe 153 every a.m. The staff are friendly. Much more affordable than the hotel.

The best homemade apple pie, if you are lucky enough to go there when it is available. Nice place to sit and relax for a little bit. Staff is friendly.

Great coffee and pastry menu. Fresh ground coffee for sale, as well as many types of tea. The upstairs could be improved; unflattering lighting doesn't invite long stays. Free wi-fi is a nice touch. Lots of potential!

....try CAFE 153. Many coffee choices and you won't have to stand in line. There are two locations. The newest one is in Bridge Street Town Center in Huntsville and the original is in Madison. In both you will find great coffee offerings and pastry for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch. The service is fast and friendly and you don't get the corporate feel that you do from Starbucks just down the street (though I like Starbucks too).

The Bridge Street location is kind of off the beaten path but if you find it you will like it.
