Our family is visiting from out of town, and we are staying close to Rosie's, so we thought we'd give it a try. We liked the atmosphere, and thought it was lovely and colorful. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and kept our drinks filled. Our appetizers (the queso and nachos) were very good. My wife and I had the Mexican Lasagna, which sounded really good to both of us. When we got it, they were both drowned in cheese. Don't get me wrong, we both love cheese but this was overkill as the sheer amount ruined the dish. We would go back if we lived here, but we would definitely try something different.
