Went to the center with my 28 year old grandson and his wife. It was funny to me to see that the things I went through were 'history' and interesting to them because before their time. Lots of hands-on exhibits to keep everyone involved.

This is definitely worth a stop if you’re a fan of science/space/nasa/or even military history. I’ve been to Kennedy Space Center and Huntsville is a great alternative if you’re looking to save a little money and if you’re stuck in the middle of the country like me. It’s a very similar experience- obviously it’s not as big as Florida and doesn’t have as much to do but it’s still a good trip.

The tours are great and there’s a lot of activities for kids too! You could easily kill like 2-3 hours here just visiting all of the exhibits and watching the movies. There’s lots of outdoor exhibits and some carnival rides too. The gift shop is massive and has a lots of options. Overall it was super fun and I would highly recommend it!

The museum offers many activities for young and old and the informative displays will give you a wealth of information on our rocket and space history. Love my visit. May be a little pricey for some.

It was a great spot for us to spend our afternoon in Huntsville. The rides was awesome and there were just so much things to read around the center. I wish we went and did the guided tour.

This is such a fun, interesting, and incredible museum. It is beautifully taken care of and the exhibits are amazing. I took my four and nine year old granddaughters and I have to say the four year old was entranced. Who knew? Not because she is a girl but because others had told me she would be too young. She loved it.
The scope of the museum and the opportunity to climb into and go into space capsules and labs was so much fun for them.

if you are a fan of rockets then this is a must see. this is a full history Rocket City not just the Saturn V. just to see all the rockets lined up in rocket park is enough but there is more to see and do. loved it.

What an amazing sight as you first see the rockets lined up! We used our AAA membership to get discounted tickets which included an IMAX movie. They had said IMAX would be discontinued in place of 3D movies. The movie was well-worth seeing. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to take the bus tour. We started out in the Saturn V hall with stops along the way outside to look at helicopters, tanks, and missiles. Of course, we had to take a lot of pictures in Rocket Park. Volunteers were eager to share information. The main exhibit area had some interesting areas but the featured exhibit was more geared toward children. We had fun trying out the rock climbing wall which was included in admission. The cafeteria area offered average food choices that were a little pricey, though not unexpected for a tourist stop. The Shuttle Park was also a great photo spot. Certain areas within the museum are for Space Camp participants only and are labeled as such. Overall, we loved visiting here. The gift shop is pretty large with plenty of souvenir options.
