It is a very interesting place to see, and very educational. I thought it was well instructed ceremony they did with the 5th graders from Hampton Cove

“Great interactive exhibits.....”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 30, 2012

We live close by & have a family membership. We use it when company comes or just to take the grandchildren to visiting exhibits. The lastest we visited was the "Math Alive". Amazing. Relating fractions to counting in music with lots of buttons to push for the little ones & enough to interest the adults. The snowboarding part was about angles. Many more ways math is alive in our everyday life. Lots to interest all ages. The other recent traveling exhibits were great....dinasaurs.....The Werner Von Braun exhibit is excellent...so much information. A great presentation....plus all of the space artifacts...Huntsville should be very proud of this great place. Always changing....IMAX & 3D presentations too.

“Interesting for adults and kids”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 26, 2012

I took my kids 4 & 7, the lady at entrance was very nice. It's a different experience, going 1 time for us is enough. They offered movies but we didn't go, we wanted to do and see things we haven't seen before. I was bummed on some of the rides, you had to be 10 or older on some that seemed odd for what it was. Outside there was 1 nice play area and inside there was a small play area but was real cool like a mini space craft and close to that they showed 3 different science experiments 2 were neat, they loved the rocket shooting up and how oil and water don't stay together and when they put the red dye in it. It will tire ALL of you out. Cool things in gift shop.

“Intersting”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 24, 2012

It was a great day for us. It was and is very informative and fun for all. If you are interested in space travel, planets, stars.astrology, and the history of each you should enjoy it. Then there is the space shot. You must ride it again and again. It is the same one that is on top of the Stratosphere in Las Vegas.

“Such an impressive site!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 17, 2012

I haven't visited this center for over 20 years but was so amazed when once again we were there Wednesday night to view parts of Ken Burns's "The Dust Bowl Days." This is a "must see!"
