“looks like fun”
Reviewed June 9, 2013

We didn't eat here, but purchased t-shirts and a very cool hangout it looks like. At night you can tell they have fun. Everyone was really nice here, but they have things going on all day here it looks like..... bubble parties for kids, volleyball on beach, bars open outside in the area of the Hangout they own, little trampoline jumping things (purchase) your kids can jump on, treasure hunts, a small playground, and the restaurant smelled good.

“Great place for lunch especially if you have young kids.”
Reviewed June 9, 2013 via mobile

Stopped by here for lunch yesterday and we were seated immediately. Lots of things going on to keep the kids busy while you enjoy your food and drink...... they have a huge sand mound for them to play in and random foam parties.. our kids had a blast. They were also having a dog adoption event which was pretty cool. Service was a little slow at first but then our waiter was very attentive. The hamburger was huge and very good the shrimp and grits were good but fairly average.
The Hang out was totally not our kind of place but we really enjoyed ourselves (we like a little bit more laid back atmosphere)

“Good times!”

Had a great time today. Ordered the triple dip appetizer and wings which were both good. The bartender John T. provided great service and was extremely friendly.

“Nice place for adults/kids to hangout together, however food prices high.”
Reviewed June 8, 2013

I really enjoyed the outdoor ocean views and the outdoor music. Has bands playing music and plenty of places to sit or dance. Outdoor bars for drinks as well as outdoor activities for the kids. Nice place to hangout as a family for the evening. However, food prices were high so we just ordered appetizers. Next time we will eat before we come here to hangout. But we will go back to enjoy the outdoor activities.

“Fun times at The Hangout”
Reviewed June 8, 2013 via mobile

I had been here twice in 2010: once to eat breakfast and once to just listen to the band and have a girls' night. I was not impressed with the breakfast AT ALL but really did enjoy the night out experience. So, we decided to try them for this trip. We went for dinner. I got the Ranch Wrap and my friend got the BLT wrap. We shared halves and they were sooooo good! Loved the fries, too! We stayed after dinner to listen to the band and enjoyed ourselves. We went back last night for round two. Our group consists of many burger connoisseurs and they all said that the Hangout's cheeseburgers were some of the best that they'd ever eaten. So good!
