“Good food, well prepared seafood.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 17, 2012

Stopped in for a quick business lunch. The snapper was the lunch special and you could get it prepared several ways. I chose grilled and it was excellently seasoned and served with a side of cole slaw. I would go back again in the future.

“Expensive, chain-tasting food”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 25, 2012

Nothing special about this place. It's quite busy, pretty expensive, and the seafood doesn't seem especially fresh or particularly authentic. Outdoor seating was nice, but the bugs will pick you up and carry you away!

“Stay away”

Service sucked. Food was no better than average waitress named B..... Was totally uninterested. I tried to call the manager, who was a great guy, to report the incident but he was not there when I called

“One to avoid!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 28, 2012

I''ve been to this location once and it will only be once. Service was unprofesional and unkempt; tables and condiments were very sticky; food was decent but everything else ruined the experience. When you see scabs on your server's hand and arm as he's handing you food, it kinda takes the edge off hunger.

The location in Spanish Fort is much better.

“A Pleasant Experience”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 26, 2012

We ate at this restaurant twice (once at lunch, once at dinner) during a recent trip. The food was very good. The service was competent and attentive. The location near the bay and enveloped by two gigantic old oak trees is charming. The menu offers a good variety. The often politically incorrect aphorisms on the walls are amusing. It is probably a better choice for adults than for families with children though there were children there when we had lunch, and they seemed to be doing fine.
