We booked a long weekend at Point Clear Cottages based on reviews from Tripadvisor and it did not disappoint! We stayed in the Bayshore Cottage, which was nicely sized and very comfortable. Robert, the owner/operator, was very friendly and made sure we were aware of all the amenities of his property - the hot tub, pier, bikes, food/drink in the room (all included in your rate,) and the delicious breakfasts. Robert perfects the dying art of hospitality and exudes a genuine joy in serving his guests. The landscaping was beautiful- you can walk around the grounds or on a walking trail that goes for miles on Scenic 98. The pier is a great spot to watch the sunset - it has a hammock, picnic table and plenty of seating. I would recommend this without hesitation for your next trip to Fairhope. You'll not want to stay anywhere else!

We were so impressed by the level of service, cleanliness, beauty of the grounds, and how we were made to feel like family. The staff's attention to detail and kindness were overwhelming. Staying here made our trip to Fairhope a memorable one for sure!

Room Tip: We enjoyed our spacious room over the garage--it's huge!

What an amazing surprise from my husband to such an amazing, beautiful place. Point Clear Cottages is by far this best B&B we have stayed. We only visit B&B's no hotels. The accomodations were beautiful, cozy, so neat and clean. The breakfasts were wonderful-Shrimp and Grits, Fried Flounder-the best I have ever eaten. (Thanks Mrs. Jo Ann!) Mr, Robert, the owner was so warm and welcoming. He went out of his way to make sure your every need was taken care of and made sure you were totally satisfied with your stay. We will be back for another vist and don't plan to stay anywhere else exceptPOINT CLEAR COTTAGES.
Take Care Mr. Robert, Hope to visit soon!

If you are looking for total relaxtion and beautiful surroundings this is the place to stay. The room was exceptional, just like the food! When I return to Fairhope, I would not stay at another location. If the room was booked, I would change my trip just so I could stay there!. Enough Said!

What a great find! We have stayed in other B&B's in Fairhope, but folks, this is the best. We stayed in the Bayshore Cottage for 2 nights and moved to the master bedroom in the main house for the third night since someone else had already spoken for the cottage that night. Both the cottage and the master bedroom were immaculate and very tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the cottage more because of the privacy but felt very comfortable in the master BR. A plus for the master BR was the Tempurpedic mattress which was very comfortable and adjustable. Why was this the best find? Beauty, cleanliness, amenities, and Robert and his staff could not have been more hospitable! Oh, forgot to mention the best shrimp and grits we have had anywhere! Check in here for a GREAT VALUE...you will be delighted!!
