“Hidden Gem to travelers”
Reviewed May 29, 2013

I saw the Blue Moon sign from the highway and happened to stop so if your driving through Eufaula stop here! The food was so delicious and although the food took longer then a "fast food" stop it was worth the wait. The atmosphere is cozy and enjoyable. The staff and service was outstanding as well! The best sandwich I've ever had!

“Worth the price & drive!”
Reviewed April 4, 2013

The service was spectacular, atmosphere is comfortable, and the location, though a hike from Columbus, is worthwhile.

I wasn't a fan of self-serve creamer being single-packets only, never saw a variety of creamer (half & half, milk, flavored creamer, etc). and I wasn't impressed by the Asian Slaw. Those downfalls are inconsequential.

The Blue Moon Breve coffee was really good, not sugary/syrupy. The Reuben sandwich on panini was great. The big-hit was the Fish Taco. Tuna or Tilapia, wrapped instead of open, and they are outstanding. Whatever that sauce is, I'm gonna ask for it on everything I get next time. We even ordered two more to-go.

Their prices are comparable to other places, and we're looking forward to making the hour-long drive frequently!

Stopped for a latte and to check some emails. Drink was excellent and the wifi was blazing fast. Can't ask for more in a coffee shop, eh? :)

Reviewed March 29, 2013 via mobile

We were passing thru Eufaula on our way South and Sue (Lovie) spotted the Blue Moon Coffee Shop!! It was fantastic. Full of Art and warmth and love. Fish Tacos were so good we ordered two for the road and enjoyed them that evening in Panama City Fl. Service was great food superb and iced mocha chopped delicious!

If you are anywhere NEAR Eufala, Alabama, at one of the many lakes or state parks, be sure to come here at least once! This is a great place for a cup of coffee or tea, with local art on the walls, comfortable tables & lamps, free internet access, newspapers and TV. The locals know the staff by name, and the staff will make you feel like a local too. The food is beyond incredible - I had a breakfast sandwich, and didn't know food could taste so good! They must buy only the best, local, premium ingredients. I took a raspberry-white chocolate scone, to go, and what an indulgent afternoon snack it was! I also took a cinnamon bun, which I ended up eating near bedtime; anyone who has ever made their own buns, as I have, knows how much work goes into making them; to have one SO good, in every way, from the gently handled dough which baked up soft, and not tough, baked tender, and not dry, with a mild, not biting, quality cinnamon, then lightly bathed in a true vanilla glaze - how can one even describe such a gem?! I am beyond impressed! What a great find! Thank you, TripAdvisor for putting this on my map, as I hope others will do as well. And kudos, owners and staff, for giving weary travelers such a wonderful oasis of flavor and comfort - keep up the great work!
