This is not your average freeway hotel! From check-in to the room this hotel is run like it should be run. The front desk staff is professional and the rooms are really nice and clean. They even have an adjustable mattress that I did not see until leaving the hotel! The hotel has a small cafe and bar and is close to the freeway as well as other retail outlets. I will definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Figure out the mattress BEFORE you go to bed.

This Hilton Garden Inn left a little to be desired of in my opinion. While crystal clean, the beds were very old (at least in the double queen) and were worn out. They were not the adjustable firmness Hilton Garden Inn beds which many people expect. There is a sign when you check in that does say the kings have it, but it was a surprise to me. We stayed here for three nights and each morning housekeeping would pile up all the room service at the end of the hall. When we came back in the afternoons – once as late as 5:10 pm – they were still there. It was so loud in the morning I asked my friend in the next room if she was playing the bongos – and then we realized what it was. The food in the hotel restaurant was ok. It could have been better and the selection could have been a little more than fried, fried and fried. A quick note on driving – if you are coming from the west (i.e. from Mobile/I-65) take the exit and go STRAIGHT ACROSS, it takes you to the access road. If you turn right you won’t get there. It is sort of tricky.

Room Tip: Try to get a room with a new bed - the mattresses are shot in many rooms. Ask for the newer Hilton...

good service with a smile very quiet place mostly business travelors. fruit selection was not very tasty but for february i guess that can be expected. had a great spinach and tomato omelette love the fresh eggs hate the sausage and hash browns. overall LOVE HGI

Stayed one night while traveling from Florida to Biloxi. Arrived around 9 p.m., just in time to order a simple delivery order from the restaurant before it closed. The food arrived in our room without tableware, however the room service man tracked down some napkins, forks and knives. Didn't have a prior reservation so probably paid a bit more, however, the room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was AMAZING!!! We just spent a week at the Homewood Suites in San Antonio on two double beds, so sleep was not great. We had an amazingly comfortable bed at this HGI, it was the best nights sleep ever, so comfy! The breakfast was the best I have had at an HGI, the staff was overly friendly, far exceeding other stays at other HGI's all over the place. The food was also MUCH better than other HGI breakfasts. Hotel and rooms were immaculately clean.

The bad: Internet didn't work. We got in late (after midnight), the front desk attendant told us the internet password, but the internet never worked (not a password problem), we could never connect, very annoying. I tried on two IPAD's and one Windows PC laptop, nothing worked. I went down to the front desk about 1:15 to talk to them and see if a router or something needed to be reset, I never could find anyone working there. Needless to say, I got no work down the next morning either before we left.

This is a well appointed hotel. The staff are very hospitable. I always stop here now for an overnight-er to visit Daphne and nearby Fairhope. Fairhope is a nice area with boutique shops and restaurants.

We had a very pleasant experience. The entire staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Definitely love the lobby with two sitting areas separated by a cozy fireplace. The food was delicious. I recommend the sliders - yummy!
