We visited the Guchhi at the Hyatt Regency, on our 1st Anniversary. We were cordially escorted to our table by the one of staff. Our table was in a corner of the huge restaurant space, which was an add-on, as we had our privacy intact.
The decor boasts of contemporary and modern style with wooden flooring, floor-to-ceiling silk drapes, and a beautiful display cabinet at the entrance. The towering floor-to-ceiling windows allow a seamless transition, bringing the outside architecture and landscaped elements into the interior. The open kitchen was something I had never seen in a restaurant earlier.. which I think is one of the GUCHHI's attractions !!
The food was definitely superb as expected, however, I would suggest, the quantity should be increased (at the price that they come for), specially for the appetizers. We tasted some really good wine there, to go with the appetizers. Hospitality was always at its best and the staff were really courteous people to deal with. We were also offered a complimentary cake on the occasion of our anniversary, which really brought smiles on our faces.
Overall, the restaurant offers a place where you know your taste buds are in for a treat !! :-)
